Our Story
Shaun Oosthuysen | Director & Technical Lead
My fascination with cinematic storytelling began as a child in Benoni. At just seven years old, a SuperSport advert sparked a lifelong obsession: capturing emotion and intent through a lens. Over the past decade, I have honed that passion into a career working with South Africa’s most recognized brands, including Red Bull, Danone, Parrot Products, Supersport, Betway, Sir Juice, GH Mumm Champagne, Zelri Steyn, and Mel Die Storieverteller.
While serving as Regional Sales Manager at Danone, I was sponsored to qualify in Film and Production at Open Window. This unique background in sales allowed me to produce numerous corporate films for Danone showcased across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Today, I translate that multinational experience into every project, ensuring our cinematic content meets the highest global benchmarks.
Beyond production, I am dedicated to the future of the craft, teaching Film and Social Media at Hoërskool Waterkloof and Hoërskool Zwartkop. Guiding over 100 students annually keeps my technical approach current, disciplined, and deeply connected to evolving audience trends.

My love for photography began in the quiet town of Hennenman, capturing the small, meaningful family moments that others overlooked. Today, with over 15 years of professional experience, I focus on the gestures, expressions, and authentic interactions that make a story unique.
